Have had Bearwood carpentry here at Yanchep today stripping out and replacing interior lining on a sleep out wall. Also installing flashing and tidying up a walkway roof between house and sleepout. Chris rang yesterday to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time, did an excellent job and tidied up afterwards. Not only that but I caught the odd burst of happy singing - yes I heard you Chris!
